As an organization, our purpose is to facilitate the training, contracting, and assigning of high school volleyball officials.  We provide training to advance the skills of all of our officials and maintain the highest standard of high school sports officiating.

Everyone who is a member is encouraged to spread the spirit of fair play and sportsmanship.  We work with other organizations and associations to further the sport as well as work with high school administrators to provide qualified officials to officiate these high school volleyball contests.
